Click HERE to download an Affidavit of Candidacy. Complete, have notarized and submit locally to the County Commissioner of Elections no later than 5 PM on the 69th day before the general election.

Click HERE to download a Nomination Petition for Non –Partisan Offices. Complete, obtain 25 signatures from residents in your county and submit locally to the County Commissioner of Elections no later than 5 PM on the 69th day before the general election.
