 arms\, in partnership with Iowa State University\, will host a woodland 
 management and water quality workshop on Tuesday\, Feb. 17 from noon to 
 2:00 p.m. at the Grundy Center Community Center. The event is open to fa
 rmers and landowners at no cost and includes a complimentary meal.\n\n\n
 \n&nbsp\;Hosted by Billy Beck\, Iowa State University Extension and Outr
 each Forestry Specialist\, and Michelle Soupir\, Iowa State University P
 rofessor of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering\, the workshop aims 
 to highlight how woodland management and woodchip bioreactors can work t
 ogether to reduce nitrate and improve water quality. Through an innovati
 ve research and demonstration project support by USDA National Institute
  of Food and Agriculture\, the team is exploring how traditionally low v
 alue timber species perform in woodchip bioreactors to meet both landown
 er woodland management and statewide water quality goals.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;
 The event will be held at the Grundy Center Community Center – America
 n Legion Room\, 705 F Ave\, Grundy Center\, IA 50638. The event and open
  to farmers and landowners\, though reservations are required to ensure
