Leadership is needed for soil and water conservation now more than ever! Commissioners are the first to receive updates on policy and programs impacting conservation and agriculture and have the opportunity to influence soil and water conservation at the local state and federal level.

Click HERE to download an Affidavit of Candidacy. Complete, have notarized and submit locally to the County Commissioner of Elections. First day for non-party political organization (NPPO) is Monday, March 2, 2020. Last day to file nomination papers with county auditor is Wednesday, August 26th, 2020. This includes NPPO candidates and candidates nominated by petition. Deadline is 5:00 P.M.

Click HERE to download a Nomination Petition for Non-Partisan Offices. Complete, obtain 25 signatures from residents in your county and submit locally to the County Commissioner of Elections.
