We are honored to welcome Dr. Jill Clapperton as our keynote speaker. A globally recognized soil ecologist and founder of Rhizoterra Inc., Dr. Clapperton is renowned for her leadership in promoting nutrient-dense, healthy soils, and for her captivating ability to blend scientific insight with practical solutions. Having served as a rhizosphere ecologist with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for 16 years, she helped pioneer the use of cover crops, no-till systems, and integrated cropping strategies as tools for enhancing soil biota and soil structure. Her work has revealed how diverse rotations and regenerative practices can significantly increase nutrient density in food, including dramatic boosts in key elements like zinc.
